What is most useful to send

• A correction. If a watt-hour figure, a capacity or a conversion here is wrong, tell us. A link to the manufacturer’s own page is the fastest route to a fix.
• A specification we have missed. Plenty of manufacturers publish capacity or output current somewhere non-obvious — a replacement-battery listing, a support article, a manual PDF. If you have found one, we will use it and cite it.
• A product or question we should cover. Particularly a question you searched for and could not get a straight answer to. Those are the gaps worth filling.

What we cannot help with

• Warranty claims, returns and orders. We are not a retailer and we have no relationship with any manufacturer — the seller you bought from is the only party who can help.
• Medical questions. Whether a heated garment is appropriate for your condition or your implanted device is a question for your doctor. We publish specifications so you can bring real numbers to that conversation; we do not substitute for it.
• Sponsorship, free product and paid placement. We accept none of it, and the answer will not change. The disclosure explains why.
